I’m eating about 500 calories or less a day for about 3 weeks now..
thats not good for ya chick. (spot the hypocrite) look after yourself, or you may end up like me, dizzy everytime I stand up… not good…
WHY? You need at least 1000!!!! Your body will no longer burn as many calories if you don’t allow yourself to eat enough. Then later one day when you do eat a lot, it will only burn 500 calories because it’s trained that way! EAT MORE! You’ll feel better!!!
